Technical Ex-Founder

At Vendidit, we’re tackling the challenges of Reverse Logistics, helping products find maximum value and avoid waste. We’re searching for an entrepreneurial Technical Ex-Founder to join our team—someone who’s ready to take ownership, think like a founder, and drive impact.

You'll help define problems, ship solutions, talk to users, and refine products in a dynamic marketplace environment.

Primary Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be given the freedom to create and solve real-world challenges while shaping our product:
- Product Ownership: Define problems, scope solutions, and build MVPs to test product-market fit quickly.
- Iterate and Improve: Continuously refine and enhance the product based on feedback from users and data.
- Work with Users: Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and rapidly iterate on solutions that matter.
- Collaborate: Work with a small, focused team of builders, marketers, and designers to bring innovative solutions to market.
What We're Looking For
- Founder mentality: You’ve started your own business or led significant product initiatives within a company.
- Hands-on experience: You're comfortable building things yourself, whether it’s coding, designing, or crafting a go-to-market strategy.
- User-first mindset: You care deeply about solving customer problems and take pride in delivering great experiences.
- Autonomous problem-solver: You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can independently move projects forward.
- Cross-disciplinary skills: While your core expertise might be in one area, you’re excited to dabble in many others.
