We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Technical Copywriter to produce high-quality content that simplifies complex technical concepts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and marketing, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing teams to create compelling content that enhances our brand and educates our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

  • Develop clear, concise, and engaging content, including help center articles, blog posts, product descriptions, case studies, website copy, and technical documentation.
  • Translate complex technical information into accessible, user-friendly material.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and technical depth in content.
  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure alignment with product and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all technical content.
  • Research industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of content needs.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, coherence, and correctness.

What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):

  • Proven experience as a technical copywriter, content writer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts in Blockchain and Bitcoin technologies 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and writing tools.
  • Experience working in a tech-driven industry or with SaaS products.

Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Basic knowledge of popular programming languages is a plus.
