Job Description SummaryAs a Supplier Demand Alignment Leader, partner with cross division stakeholders to facilitate problem solving on key capacity resources across the GE Aerospace Supply network. These stakeholders include all product line teams, services divisions, Sourcing, Integrated Manufacturing, Capacity/ & Supplier Readiness teams. Build and facilitate a prioritization process for key raw material constraints from either the Tier 1(Internal/External)/Tier 2 suppliers, driving alignment between multiple customer divisions and providing clarity of requirements for production planning at identified constraint. Consume output of Supply orderbook reviews, capacity growth plans, strategic supplier commits, and priority calls and help facilitate alignment into engine unit volume calls through partnership with Materials Planning and/or Master Scheduling organization to drive accuracy in demand signals to both the Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
Participate as a key member of the Supplier Partnership office team with a focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 (OFD) alignment as well as incorporating Supplier capacity data and standard work management within our external/internal shops . This includes building and implementing standards, leading improvements, and execution of the monthly KPI’s/Targets set by the Supplier Partnership Office Leader. Work in conjunction with Supply Chain focal points in all part families and product lines to support resource level constraint management. This will include driving visibility of actions required or committed to increase output at key resources. Build and maintain a measurement process to drive accountability of constraint owners for timely problem solving. Roles and Responsibilities
- Own and facilitate resource constraint management and prioritization inside Supplier Partnership Office for decision making.
- Defining business processes, including continuous improvement opportunities, using lean facilitation skills.

- Accountable for overall Tier 1 & Tier 2 alignment for Raw Material including Source Change Management as defined by processes, policies and tools for an assigned portfolio of hardware, programs and/or supplier by sub-commodities.
- Where new product introduction is required, including order alignment configuration change and overlap plans drive enterprise ownership and responsibility with applicable internal functions and suppliers to ensure milestone plans are developed and executed to achieve quality and delivery outcomes.
- Responsible for the maintenance and communication of raw material alignment execution to partner pillars within the Supply Chain, respective Commodity teams and customer program focal points.
- Receives Raw Material change priorities from commodity with respect to customer impact (delivery, quality, fleet impact, etc.) from the Delivery Pillar highlighting systemic gaps to MRD and deploys action plans that leverage SP&E and enterprise resources to improve and sustain respective supplier sites.
- Inform Materials & Planning and Commodity Buyers on Raw Material change status to ensure adequate overlap and/or readiness to achieve the quality and delivery performance required by our customers. Escalate and involve Commodity Buyers where commercial intervention is required for success.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of sourcing procurement and shop operations to execute delivery outcomes according to Supplier contracts, GE policy & strategy. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Will be asked to project manage small cross functional teams with low/medium risk and resource requirements. Explains information, developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Ability to influence outcomes across the enterprise at the peer level. Informal leadership required to project manage horizontal teams to drive outcomes for the customer and the business.
- Uses some judgment and can propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems. Has ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with 4 years relevant experience in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Production, or Materials Management).
- Additional 5 years of experience in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Production, or Materials Management

Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $149,200 - $248,600. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on April 11, 2025.
