What you will do
As a Staff Consultant specializing in NetSuite at Bryant Park Consulting, you will play a crucial role in implementing NetSuite solutions for our clients. You will work on customizations, integrations, and overall system optimization within the context of our clients' digital transformation initiatives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and a strong understanding of business processes.
- Collaborate with functional team members to design and implement custom NetSuite solutions that meet client requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions using SuiteCloud Platform tools
- Draft technical design documents for client review and approval
- Contribute to data conversion/migration strategies and related technical specifications
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation
- Actively participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Continuously develop technical skills to meet evolving project requirements
- Collaborate with functional counterparts to deliver custom solutions to meet Client requirements
- Translate complex business requirements and processes into technical designs
- Lead technical process mapping/reengineering and future state technical design for integrations and customizations
- Challenge client and other project team members on requirements definition and ensure technical approach aligns to leading practices
- Draft technical design documents for review and approval by Client
- Lead Technical activities in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Systems Interface Testing (SIT)
- Lead System Administrator Knowledge Transfer and Enablement planning and execution activities
- Define data conversion/migration strategy and related technical specifications and lead data migration activities
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to Clients post go-live as needed
- Lead and/or support technical project management activities such as status meetings, planning, and change control
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in all areas as required by customer engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- 2-3 years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience
- Participation in 4+ full lifecycle NetSuite implementations
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience, 6+ full life cycle implementations
- NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - SuiteCloud Developer I, II
- Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills
- Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Capable of designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
- Eagerness to mentor junior staff
- Git / SDF experience
- React / Node JS experience (not mandatory)
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk)
- Experience with Git and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Certifications
- NetSuite SuiteFoundations certification
- NetSuite Application Developer certification

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
