We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and support a complex integration project involving SAP systems and data flows. This is a fully remote role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication between systems and optimize data flow processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the integration of SAP systems with various platforms.
- Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance data flow efficiency.
- Business Rule Engine: Define and document requirements for optimizing parcel service and carrier selection using business rules.
- Data Analysis: Validate data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across integrated systems.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Testing & Validation: Assist in testing and validating integrated systems to ensure they meet business requirements and standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear communication with various teams and maintain project updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst with a focus on system integrations. Experience with SAP systems is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools, data flow optimization, and process improvement.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex data integrations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in documentation and analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Parcel Transportation Management Systems (PTMS), and Freight Transportation Management Systems (FTMS).
- Familiarity with business rule engines and data validation processes.
