We are currently searching for qualified candidates for a Sr. Supply Chain Planning Analyst. 

Job Description: The Sr. Supply Chain Planning Analyst role leads the creation and optimization of supply and demand plans for hardware and related accessories across Transact & CBORD.  Responsibilities include gathering inputs to the plan, tracking inventory levels and monitoring KPIs to ensure requirements are being met. This role partners with many stakeholders to ensure alignment on Sales & Operations Planning inputs/outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, communicate and monitor 12-month rolling hardware forecasts by vendor/supplier and product.
  • Monitor and update system with supplier lead times informing internal stakeholders of significant changes and mitigation plans.
  • Plan, implement and manage strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels and achieve cost objectives. 
  • Prepare and present monthly S&OP meetings securing alignment of key cross functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the Operations, Purchasing & Product teams to execute on inventory purchases and hardware lifecycle management strategies including NPI (New Product Introduction).
  • Adhere to agreed master data management (MDM) policies to ensure a common understanding, consistency, accuracy and control in the ongoing maintenance and application use of information.
  • Develop reports to analyze and interpret key performance indicators to identify trends and areas of focus.
  • Work extensively with data to provide in-depth analysis to optimize product flow and fulfillment to customer.
  • Coordinate with the Enterprise Applications technical team in the development of reports, dashboards and system enhancements to existing applications and/or system integrations where needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve demand planning processes and implement best practices.
  • Effectively manage competing priorities through planned and ad-hoc requests.

Required Skills:

  • Supply & demand planning.
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Strong data manipulation & analysis.
  • Clear communication & presentation.
  • Process improvement.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Dynamics 365 (preferred).
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently as well as collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments.

Required Experience:

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
  • Field of Study: Supply Chain Management, Business or related.
  • Certifications: APICS CPIM preferred.
  • Years of Experience: At least 5 years related experience.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses, equity, or commissions.
