ABOUT THIS ROLE
Responsibilities for Senior Solutions Engineers include:
- Manage day-to-day ASC queue tickets for distribution amongst the group and answer assigned tickets
- Meeting with external clients to assist and walk through API documentation and integration to Apex API suite
- Test out new feature flags/enhancements to the API suite and our new SDKs
- Work with internal business units as if they were clients to improve systems and functionality
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and review of software documentation
- Maintain knowledge base of system processing exceptions and operating processes and procedures
- Identify ways to improve customer experience and overall implementation process
Senior Solutions Engineers should have the following experience:
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related major
- 3-5 years in a prior role as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Software Developer, Developer Advocate or similar role
- A functional understanding of a modern programming language, with a preference for those who know one or more of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, and C#
- Prior experience with Postman or Insomnia is a plus, but not required
- Prior experience with SQL is a plus, but not required
