ABOUT THIS ROLE
Responsibilities for Senior Solutions Engineers include:

  • Manage day-to-day ASC queue tickets for distribution amongst the group and answer assigned tickets


  • Meeting with external clients to assist and walk through API documentation and integration to Apex API suite


  • Test out new feature flags/enhancements to the API suite and our new SDKs


  • Work with internal business units as if they were clients to improve systems and functionality


  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and review of software documentation


  • Maintain knowledge base of system processing exceptions and operating processes and procedures


  • Identify ways to improve customer experience and overall implementation process


Senior Solutions Engineers should have the following experience:

  • A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related major
  • 3-5 years in a prior role as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Software Developer, Developer Advocate or similar role
  • A functional understanding of a modern programming language, with a preference for those who know one or more of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, and C#
  • Prior experience with Postman or Insomnia is a plus, but not required
  • Prior experience with SQL is a plus, but not required
