We're proud to share our story and Make Amazing Happen at CDW. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Functional Resource to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Global Workday Payroll system. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes, Workday functionality, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.
* What you will do:
* System Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Payroll modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and payroll policies.
* Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize payroll processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Provide recommendations for improvements and best practices.
* Data Management: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of payroll data within the Workday system. Perform regular audits and validation checks to ensure data consistency.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT departments to gather requirements, define payroll processes, and address any system-related issues.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to payroll users, ensuring they are proficient in using the Workday system. Address any user queries and troubleshoot system-related issues.
* Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and standards. Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Workday updates, enhancements, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
* What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience working with Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking including system implementation and configuration. Or, 9 years of experience working with Workday Payroll, including system implementation and configuration.
* Proficiency in Workday HCM, Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking modules. Strong understanding of payroll processes, data management, and reporting.
* Ability to analyze complex payroll issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience in managing payroll projects, including scoping, planning, and execution. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Workday Payroll Certification, a plus.
* Experience in a similar role within a large organization, a plus.
* Knowledge of other Workday modules such as Benefits Administration, a plus.
* Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance requirements in multiple regions, a plus. Pay range: $99,000.00 - $ 146,800.00 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
