Step into a pivotal role as a Sr. Project Manager that will manage high-priority projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are completed on time and within budget. This role requires significant project management expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional dynamics.

  Key Areas of Responsibility Include 

  • Manage multiple medium to large projects
  • Create and monitor project budgets and project plans
  • Identify, document and escalate issues, risks and dependencies
  • Responsible for stakeholder, steering committee and project sponsor reports and communications
  • Communicate to project sponsors and senior level management
  • Significant Product Experience across all lines of business

You’ll be a great fit if you excel in: 

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring strategic alignment and achievement of goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project progress, key milestones, and potential challenges.
  • Scope and Change Management: Define project scope and objectives; manage and document changes, ensuring impact assessments and approvals are in place.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for project risks; resolve issues efficiently to keep projects on track.
  • Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation to ensure optimal use of team members and other resources; coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and reporting on project financials.
  • Performance Measurement: Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor performance and produce regular reports for executive stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • 4-8 years project management experience
  • Certification or course work in project management (i.e. CAPM, PMP)

Pay Range:

  • $79,300.00 - $124,500.00  

Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
