The Job At-A-Glance :
Q2 is seeking a Sr. Product Owner that is focused on supporting our Platform Integrations engineering team by delivering high quality, Core Integration products and features. The Product Owner will work closely with other product owners, product managers, the development team, internal & external stakeholders, and support to analyze and define requirements for core integrations and back-end solutions.

A Typical Day :

  • Take the lead of Product Owner with the core integrations development team .
  • Provide vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders.
  • Work with other product owners, product managers and internal stakeholders to develop and effectively prioritize the product backlog.
  • Act as primary liaison between multiple departments, including development, sales, support and service delivery.
  • Partner with (internal) customers, development, and cross-functional team leaders to identify, build and measure features and functionality that meet business goals and expected outcomes.
  • Manage the product backlog, clearly define and articulate user stories, scope bug fixes, facilitate work breakdown sessions, and communicate release of features on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with the development team to define sprint plans, review completed work, accept/reject results and be highly available to the team.
  • Apply Agile values & principles to promote a disciplined software development process that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation of ongoing work.
  • Work with service delivery, release management, and other teams to develop and deliver documentation and training materials for internal groups on key functional aspects of products under your ownership.
  • Able to understand technical approach to core integrations, translate that to non-technical stakeholders and direct product direction/stakeholder feedback to the development (technical) team.


Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here's What We're Looking For :

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
  • Minimum 8 years experience working with and contributing to a mature Agile software development team strongly preferred.
  • 8 years experience in financial services preferred .
  • Team-oriented but able to work autonomously , with a p roven ability to thrive at multi-task ing.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain deadlines
  • Excellent communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills.
  • CSPO or CSM-PO also preferred.
