Responsibilities:

  • Regularly interact with customers and prospects to gain insights into their billing and revenue management challenges, uncover unmet needs, and identify market opportunities through an outside-in perspective.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product requirements and effectively communicate them to the development team, leveraging an inside-out approach to align business goals with customer needs in the billing space.
  • Work closely with the Engineering and Design teams to develop and prioritize features and enhancements for billing-related products.
  • Assist in developing and executing product launch plans for billing-related products, including sales enablement materials
  • Monitor the product's performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize its success
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree is strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in product management with a focus on billing, revenue recognition, or a related space
  • Well-versed in subscription billing, order management, and related SaaS reporting metrics
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive product decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to identify new opportunities for the product
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Familiarity with enterprise billing or accounting software products is a significant plus
  • Ability to work out of our Denver Tech Center office a few days a week

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - 150,000 including a 10% bonus potential based on both company and individual performance. Salary information is provided per state regulations in CA, CO, CT, MD, NV, NY, RI, and WA.
