About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a hands-on, innovative Senior Manager of Salesforce Development to join our GTM Applications team. This role will play a critical part in building and scaling world-class technology solutions to empower our global Sales and Tech Alliances organizations. You will lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of scalable and secure solutions across Salesforce Core, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Experience Cloud (Communities), Mulesoft, and Generative AI capabilities.

As part of a fast-paced, high-growth cybersecurity company, the ideal candidate will be a seasoned architect and developer with deep technical expertise, strong GTM solutioning skills, and experience managing and mentoring global teams. This role requires both strategic vision and a hands-on approach. This role is going to be a strategic leader who drives the development and execution of the go-to-market applications roadmap, bridging business needs with technical solutions while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap, and coordinate and execute projects and enhancements.

  • Work to drive adoption and alignment across the company’s business processes and systems.

  • Ensure the consistency and quality of the Experience, Sales Cloud, and related data across all applications

  • Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high quality solutions.

  • Architect, design, build, test, and deploy scalable, secure Salesforce solutions to support CrowdStrike’s global GTM strategy.

  • Lead solutioning efforts across Sales Cloud, Slack, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud with a focus on performance, maintainability, and business value.

  • Integrate Salesforce with CrowdStrike’s broader ecosystem using Mulesoft, APIs, and event-driven architectures to enable real-time data flow and automation.

  • Drive the use of Generative AI within Salesforce to enhance productivity, intelligence, and decision-making across Sales and Tech Alliances.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners, product owners, and IT teams to translate business requirements into modular composable, scalable features that encompass fully functioning technical solutions.

  • Serve as a mentor and leader for a global team of developers, architects, and QA engineers while remaining hands-on with complex design and development work.

  • Apply best practices for DevOps, CI/CD (e.g., Gearset, Copado), governance, security, and documentation.

  • Stay current with Salesforce roadmap, releases, and emerging trends to continuously enhance platform capabilities.

  • Operate in a fast-paced, agile environment and work across multiple time zones with global teams and stakeholders.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a people or technical leadership role.

  • Experience working in a business consulting role with exceptional stakeholder management

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems

  • Strong understanding of user experience design and best practices

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical functions

  • Proven ability to deliver solutions in Sales Cloud, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and API integrations.

  • Proficiency with Mulesoft and enterprise integration patterns.

  • Exposure to Gen AI use cases within GTM functions is highly desirable.

  • Solid understanding of GTM business processes including lead-to-cash, pipeline management, partner operations, and customer engagement.

  • Experience working with distributed teams across geographies and time zones.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, Integration Architect, or Platform Developer II strongly preferred.

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS companies.

  • Knowledge of DevOps tools like Gearset, Jenkins, or Copado.

  • Experience with data-driven GTM strategies, dashboards, and analytics.

  • Experience with open-source Apex Enterprise Frameworks such as Apex Commons, Apex Mocks, Apex Trigger Action Framework, Nebula Logger, and others.
