Q2 is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Product Commercialization who will be responsible for strategic planning, development, and packaging of the Helix Core Banking solution to Banks and FinTechs. You will be working at a company whose mission is to build stronger, diverse communities by strengthening their financial intuitions and with FinTech's and startups who want to bring change and innovation to the financial world. This position will be responsible for leading a team in the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and rapidly changing environment. It requires a highly motivated and focused individual capable of leading and building high-performing innovative teams.

You have experience working on Core Banking platforms and understand the limitations of legacy players in market. You are passionate about software delivery; how its packaged and the opportunity to enhance useability for diverse sets of end-users.
You understand the motivations of retail and commercial bank C-suites while appreciating the needs of their middle and back-office teams. You can balance the needs of these stakeholders in pursuit of prioritizing features to enhance portfolio visibility, workflow optimization and controls of their Products & Programs.
In addition, you take a client-centric approach to product management and have demonstrated results, driving rapid modifications and initial concepts to new and existing products. Although you will work in the Product group and manage key personnel in your product organization you will also continually work with, build, and influence cross-departmental workgroups with your outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A Typical Day: • Drive roadmap and product strategy for Helix Core Administrative Portal.• Establish the vision for commercializing our data & business intelligence suite.• Close partnership with Sales, Deposit Operations, Customer Success to engage FinTech and Bank clients directly for discovery on product evolution.• Ability to lead discovery sessions onsite with Bank partners.• Ability to speak Engineering; balancing technical trade-offs and architecture to optimally influence product design• Monitor and impact key metrics and efficiencies for product with tools like Pendo.• Lead and mentor the product team on strategic decision making and prioritization.• Assist, train and grow employees and evangelize best practices• Proactively identify opportunities for new trends/features/products• Perform research and provide industry expertise to be utilized in product business cases• Establish and track business cases and financials• Assess the risk of value, feasibility, and usability as key factors to product success• Communicate value and vision effectively-being confident with presentation skills and establish credibility with an audience• A champion end-user experience by actively seeking to integrate human interaction best practices and best in class front end design into each feature you build• Work with Product Owners to deliver product acceptance criteria for the development organization you work with to ensure the highest quality and customer experience• Work with the Release Management team to develop and deliver release documentation and training materials for internal groups on key functional aspects of products under your ownership

Here's What We're Looking For: • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.• Minimum 5-8 years in Product Management, financial services, or e-commerce is preferred• Typically requires 2-4 years' experience managing and developing employees• Demonstrable previous experience in software product management• Strong team leadership qualities with proven experience building, growing, motivating, and mentoring high-performance teams• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills• Strong teamwork, organization, and problem resolution skills• Proficiency in the various MS Office applications and Atlassian Suite• A self-starter with proven ability to deliver results with minimal assistance• Strong knowledge of Core Banking solutions.• Experience with building Administrative consoles.• Demonstrable knowledge of traditional and emerging methods of payment (e.g., ACH, Wire, Disbursements, Real Time Payments and Card Processing).
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
