Own Reporting & Operational Excellence Metrics

  • Define and lead key operational excellence and capacity allocation metrics, providing real-time insight into team performance.

  • Build and maintain forecasting tools for resource demand planning, ensuring teams and leadership have accurate, up-to-date insights for decision-making.

  • Be the source of truth for operational data, ensuring leadership has the insights needed to drive better strategic and execution planning.

Drive Innovation & AI-Driven Solutions

  • Leverage AI and automation to transform how teams report on progress, allocate resources, and implement work.

  • Conduct research and engage with partners to identify problems and develop user-centric AI-powered solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner with engineering, product, design, operations, and business leaders to align tools with strategic and execution planning needs.

  • Collaborate with IT and procurement teams on tool selection, implementation, and vendor management.

  • Evangelize tools across the organization, ensuring high adoption rates through training, enablement, and ongoing support.

What you will bring:

  • 7+ years experience across either product management, operations,  and/or program management, with a strong focus on tools, and systems

  • Experience using Airtable is mandatory for this role

  • Knowledge and proven solutions in AI to automate workflows,  reporting, and better supplement manual operational processes.

  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, including ideation, design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Experience performing data analysis and using data visualization to help influence senior leaders to make prompt decisions based on the analysis

  • Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams and various leadership levels to ensure that solutions align with all department needs.
