Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital growth strategy. This role is critical in driving awareness, pipeline generation, and conversion across SEO, paid media, content marketing, and CRO. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in managing a website, optimizing the buyer journey, and overseeing SEO and SEM agencies to deliver measurable results.

About Zafran

Zafran brings an entirely new operating model to manage threats and vulnerabilities. Unlike any other approach, we use your existing security tools to prove that 90% of critical vulnerabilities are not exploitable, then quickly mitigate and remediate the 10% that are most likely to cause an incident.

Backed by marquee investors such as Sequoia Capital and Cyberstarts, we are one of the fastest-growing companies in cybersecurity today. Our groundbreaking approach is rapidly gaining adoption, and we are scaling aggressively to meet the demand of some of the largest and most security-conscious organizations in the world.

What you will do

  • Develop, implement, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Own the full buyer journey from content strategy, landing page creation, lead capture, and nurture workflows to sales handoff messaging.
  • Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO efforts to improve search rankings and organic traffic, working with internal and external resources.
  • Drive paid digital marketing campaigns across SEM, retargeting, display, paid social, and email nurture, managing budgets and agencies to maximize performance.
  • Oversee content marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with demand generation goals and SEO best practices.
  • Establish A/B testing and CRO programs to optimize conversion rates across all digital channels.
  • Analyze and report on digital performance, leveraging marketing attribution models and analytics tools to uncover insights and improve campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, ensuring seamless lead nurture and CRM integration.
  • Own budget management and ROI tracking, continuously evaluating spend efficiency and adjusting strategies based on performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product marketing, sales, and customer success) to align digital strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, and CRO.
  • Strong experience managing SEO and SEM agencies, including keyword research, competitive insights, and technical SEO.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute content-driven demand generation programs that align with business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, 6Sense, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution models, campaign analytics, and marketing performance reporting.
  • Ability to manage digital marketing budgets and track ROI, CAC, and LTV to drive cost-effective growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) to enhance conversion rates.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Cybersecurity experience is a plus, but not required.
