  • The Job At-A-Glance
    Q2 is looking for a Senior IT Enterprise Data and Integrations Manager to lead our IT Data and Integrations team! Our ideal candidate will be someone that has successfully managed and grown enterprise-wide data management and integration platforms and has established processes/policies to provide analytics and reporting in "as-a-service" and "self-service" business models first off. Additionally, they'll likely be the type of person that enjoys building strong working relationships with their business partners to develop joint strategies and roadmaps. Moreover, they'll have strong communication skills and have influenced executives to champion strategies and have a track record of building highly engaged and high performing IT teams. As a bonus, they might have led multiple IT technical teams simultaneously. The right fit should also have experience with Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Data Lakes and integration architecture.

A Typical Day :

  • Partner with leaders across the business to develop a shared strategic data and integration strategy and roadmap
  • Evangelize data governance, stewardship and a culture of data-driven decisions
  • Utilize analytics to support data-driven decisions that helped a business partner achieve their goals
  • Establish best practices for reporting and analytics
  • Ensure that solutions meet compliance and security standards
  • Research the latest trends in data management and business intelligence
  • Drive innovation on development of tools, reporting improvement and automation
  • Create an organization, project and technology roadmap and tracked against it
  • Provide coaching and mentorship for programmers, data analysts and administrators
  • Work with project managers and business stakeholders to ensure the success of strategic initiatives
  • Participate in sprint planning for the next phase on an Agile project
  • Develop your teams to ensure we have the right skills and an organizational roadmap that will meet the ever-growing demands of a high growth company
  • Work with your team to provide input to solutions and architecture
  • Develop KPIs and measures of success
  • Develop SLAs and a response model
  • Work across stakeholders to ensure the right priorities are met
  • Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in the evaluation, design, planning and deployment of emerging solutions to drive exceptional experiences and increased productivity and growth


Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here's What We're Looking For :

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent relevant work experience. Typically requires 2-5 years managing and developing employees
  • Experience with Snowflake, Fivetran, Coalesce, Informatica, Workato, Boomi, SQL Server and Power BI are preferred
  • Understanding of implementations and best practices for Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Visualization and integration patterns and systems and software
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, data streaming and data mining
  • Experience selecting, planning, implementing and operating SaaS applications and platforms
  • Experience in optimizing, running and supporting critical operational data systems
  • Experience creating multi-year technology and organizational roadmaps in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to plan and execute effective best-in-class strategies that impact business growth, expense reductions and improved productivity
  • Ability to communicate complex information to both non-technical business stakeholders as well as highly technical engineers
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects across multiple functional areas
