About the Role:

As a Sr. Business Analyst, within the IT GTM Applications team, you will be a driver of CrowdStrike’s growth over the next year and beyond. As a Strategy Analyst, you'll work in a fast-paced environment that exposes you to a variety of experiences across technologies, and departments, while you apply and develop your business skills

  • As a Strategy Analyst, you will work at the intersection of Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and related teams

  • You will work alongside industry-leading teams to help them make decisions and implement enhancements to their strategy, productivity, performance, and long-term goals and OKR’s

In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering end-to-end growth strategies (primary focused on lead-to-cash innovation), creating and implementing seamless E2E user experiences, developing and tracking OKRs and KPIs, and effectively communicating findings and insights through clear, cohesive, and structured presentations for the executive team. The ideal candidate combines strong analytic capabilities with a deep understanding of business strategy, user experience, while maintaining a strong technical understanding of fundamental IT processes.

What You'll Do:

Growth Initiatives:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across departments (Alliances, Sales, Legal, Product & Engineering, Brand, Marketing, Finance) to ensure cohesive end-to-end customer journeys and experiences for new growth initiatives that are horizontal across the GTM space (with primary focus on Lead-to-cash/L2C)

  • Lead efforts starting from the concept stage, working with stakeholders to shape and influence technology strategy

  •  Act as the liaison internally and externally to ensure the alignment of tech strategy with business needs, and successfully handing off initiatives to delivery teams for execution

Data & Analytics:

  •  Aid in developing and maintaining OKRs and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, operational efficiency, and team performance

  •  Define reporting and analytics requirements and build dashboards and reports to meet those needs

  • Provide data driven recommendations to optimize customer journeys, reduce time-to-value, and enhance operational efficiency

User Experience:

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles to ensure solutions prioritize the needs and behaviors of end-users

  •  Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements while emphasizing usability, intuitiveness, and ease of adoption

  •  Translate technical specifications into functional designs that prioritize user experience and a customer centric approach

  • Ability to create basic wireframes or prototypes to illustrate proposed preliminary solutions and to aid in stakeholder understanding of UX value

Communication & Storytelling:

  • Critical thinkers and storytellers with a bias for action and a desire to architect and launch complex transformations to bring strategies to life, delivering real-time, tangible value to their clients across the enterprise or in core functions

  • Develop a consistent messaging model for status updates, reports, and communications across the delivery pods within the IT GTM applications team

  •  Perform additional tasks as necessary

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics and strategy with a focus on L2C CPQ, E-Commerce or similar processes

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

  •  Strong understanding of user experience design and best practices

  • Proven track record of effective storytelling and building compelling narratives

  • Experience working in a business consulting role with exception stakeholder management

  •  Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical functions

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $110,000 - $190,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
