About the Opportunity: Senior Analyst, International Tax Operations and Strategy

Are you a tax professional with a passion for international tax and a drive for innovation? Join our International Tax Operations and Strategy team as a Senior Analyst, where you'll play a key role in crafting the company’s international tax function. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated international tax matters, optimize compliance processes, and drive automation initiatives—all within an encouraging environment.

This position is based in Austin, TX.

What you Will Accomplish:

• Implement International Tax Compliance – Prepare and assist in reviewing key U.S. international tax calculations, including GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits (FTC), FDII, earnings & profits, basis, and BEAT, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. tax regulations.
• Support Global Income Tax Provision under ASC 740 – Assist in quarterly and annual U.S. domestic and foreign tax provision calculations, including effective tax rate computations, and tax account reconciliations between ERP system and OneSource Tax Provision.
• Enhance Tax Process & Technology – Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to improve tax reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Review Foreign Entity Tax Returns – Review foreign tax returns and returns-to-provision calculations to ensure compliance and accurate reconciliation with the U.S. reporting.
• Collaborate on Tax Strategy & Planning – Work closely with the Tax Planning team to research international tax issues, analyze tax reform impacts, and contribute to critical initiatives that optimize the company’s global tax position.
• Engage in Cross-Functional Projects – Support international tax controversy matters, assist with IRS audits, and provide insights for tax notices and inquiries.

Who You Will Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. international tax within Big Four
• Dedication to working our Hybrid Model (3 days / week onsite) in our Austin, Texas office.
• Technical knowledge of FTC, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, treaty-related issues
• Understanding of ASC 740 and tax provision processes
• Expert level skills with Excel
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a focus on the details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to work across teams and explain sophisticated tax concepts in a clear and concise manner
• A self-starter and growth mindset with strong organization skills and the ability to prioritise
• A passion for technology-driven tax solutions—experience with OneSource, SAP, and Alteryx is a plus

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$75,200 - $129,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
