The Shelter Solutions Business, part of DuPont Water & Protection, is comprised by the Corian® Design and Performance Building Solutions businesses, combing globally-recognized brands under one business – Styrofoam™, Tyvek®, Great Stuff™, Great Stuff Pro™, and Froth-Pak and Corian®, Montelli® , Corian Quartz and Corian Integrated Basin. The business is designed to deliver solutions to both the interior and exterior of a building that enhance the performance and beautification of shelters across the globe.

South Asia Sales Leader will cover India, Singapore and some other selected ASEAN countries, responsible for meet different financial targets, including but not limited to volume, price, revenue and profit. S/he will implement the global and regional commercial and market strategy alongside maintaining a close relationship with key channel partners and customers. S/he is responsible for optimizing product portfolio & business model, and driving profitable business growth in strategic segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive DuPont core values; safety & health, respect for people, highest ethical behavior, and protecting the planet
  • Define and implement winning strategy for India and Singapore markets
  • Strengthen and upgrade distributor network in each country and optimize distributor management process
  • Accountable for deliver businesses and financial results
  • Grow the strategic segment to meet commercial objectives
  • Partner with marketing and MC team to identify and execute promotion activities in Singapore.
  • Implement global commercial and business growth strategy by identifying and building up robust sales pipeline to drive profitable growth
  • Manage to meet target of DSO, AR, and forecast accuracy

Qualifications and Others:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 8 years in sales or sales management role for a multinational company
  • Strong KA/channel management in multi-industries;
  • Relevant construction or home improvement industry experience is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and sales execution capability;
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills
  • Global mindset and ability to understand and execute businesses strategy
  • Proven interpersonal skills in building and leading a strong team
  • Ability to lead complex negotiations
  • Experience in managing complexity in channel structure.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, initiative, result oriented and strong ownership.
  • Willing to travel (25%-50%)
