Solutions Engineering Manager - Genesys

As a Genesys Solution Engineering Manager, you will oversee the contact center technology platform, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvements. You will be accountable for delivery, fostering innovations, and managing stakeholder relationships. Additionally, you will drive the execution of the company's vision, transforming customer and associate experiences. Your role will involve identifying and implementing cutting-edge solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating complex challenges and driving the organization towards its strategic goals.

• You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.  

• You have at least 10 years of software engineering experience with expertise in contact center technology suite.

• You have a minimum of 3 + years of experience in migrating customers from Genesys On-prem to Cloud, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

• You have stakeholder management experience and can influence business decisions and strategy to lead to positive outcomes. 

• You have experience acting as a problem solver, player/coach and are a culture contributor. 

• You have proven experience developing technology roadmaps and cultivating innovative technology solutions.  

• You are a technical expert with strong business insight. You are a go to leader of software engineering best practices.  

• You have extensive technology vendor management experience. You’ve led technology direction, guidance and oversight of vendor solutions and integrations.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $142,394-$227,830

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
