Summary Description
Infinx is seeking a Solution Engineer to serve as an internal technical expert, leveraging deep knowledge of our RCM technology solutions, healthcare industry workflows, and customer challenges. This role will focus on delivering live and recorded product demonstrations, answering in-depth technical questions, and conducting customer training sessions to support both new business and customer expansion initiatives.
With an emphasis on direct customer engagement and hands-on technical enablement, this position ensures prospective and current customers fully understand and maximize the value of Infinx solutions. The role also requires occasional travel (10-20%) for onsite customer trainings and live demonstrations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Product Demonstrations & Technical Enablement
- Deliver live and recorded product demonstrations, ensuring clear and engaging presentations of Infinx solutions.
- Answer detailed technical and workflow-related questions from prospects, customers, and internal teams.
- Manage and maintain demo environments, ensuring smooth and effective demonstrations.
- Stay up to date on product updates, integrations, and automation enhancements to accurately showcase capabilities.
- Customer Training & Adoption Support
- Conduct customer onboarding and product training sessions, ensuring effective adoption of Infinx solutions.
- Develop and refine video-based training materials to support customer education, product marketing, and internal teams.
- Assist customer success teams in driving product utilization and feature adoption within existing accounts.
- Industry & Product Expertise
- Serve as an internal technical expert on Infinx’s AI-driven automation solutions for end-to-end revenue cycle management.
- Stay informed on healthcare RCM industry trends, challenges, and payer requirements to align product capabilities with customer and market needs.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product teams to help drive product enhancements and resolve bugs.
- Sales & Customer Success Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and CS teams to support new business and expansion efforts
- Work with product marketing in the development of technical enablement materials, such as demo scripts, datasheets, and user guides.
- Work with product marketing as a liaison between customers and product teams, ensuring customer needs are communicated effectively for ongoing product improvements.
Skills and Education
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare RCM, patient access, or related technology solutions.
- 5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Business or a related field
- Strong understanding of prior authorization, eligibility & benefits verification, claims management, and denials prevention.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Clear examples of partnering with AEs to run technical deal cycles with Enterprise customers
- A consultative approach with solving your customer’s business challenges and having a track record of successfully overcoming technical and security objections
- Experience delivering customer training, product demos, or technical presentations in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
- Hands-on experience with demo environment management and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills to collect customer feedback and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with EHR infrastructure, APIs, healthcare integrations (HL7, FHIR), and AI-driven automation is a plus.
- Experience in acute care a plus.
