Your Contribution:

  • EHR Software Troubleshooting: Quickly and effectively troubleshoot issues related to the Electronic Health Records (EHR) software, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance for end users.
  • Code Base Analysis: Use your knowledge of Delphi, C#, and MSSQL to look up, analyze, and debug the code base to understand the root causes of technical issues and implement fixes.
  • Technical Support: Provide support to both internal teams and external clients, resolving software issues efficiently via email, phone, or chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Collaborate with the development team to identify, replicate, and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Document common issues and solutions in our knowledge base to help improve the speed of issue resolution and streamline support processes.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with software updates and new features, learning the ins and outs of our EHR software and tools to enhance troubleshooting efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth user experience and facilitate software improvements.

Your Qualification:

  • Proficient in Delphi, C#, and MSSQL: Ability to navigate, read, and troubleshoot code in these languages to understand and resolve issues within the software.
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical issues in software systems, with a focus on EHR or healthcare-related applications.
  • Development Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of software development experience in Delphi, C#, or MSSQL, where you have actively contributed to coding, debugging, or enhancing software applications.
  • Technical Support Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a technical support or software troubleshooting role.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and analyze complex technical issues and propose solutions quickly and accurately.
  • Preferred Proficiency in Python: Experience with Python is a plus and will be beneficial in automating tasks and scripting solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Preferred Experience with EHR Software: Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, healthcare IT standards, and related technologies.
