What You'll Do
Our client base is constantly growing and we're looking for great software engineers to make our team better. As a Software Engineer, you'll be a technical contributor for our Aware platform. You'll be challenged often and will find yourself working on all areas of the application domain across the full app delivery stack.
- Design and implement highly resilient, scalable, and performant solutions that solve complex healthcare problems using VueJS, NodeJS, Java, Python, AWS and more.
- Participate in technical and product discussions with leaders across our engineering, product, and business teams.
- Self-reliance, without supervision, while showcasing best design/communication/solution practices in daily works.
- Ensure continuously improve our standard of engineering excellence
What You'll Need
Minimum Requirements (Education, certifications and experience)
- BS in Computer Science or related area
- Solid/proven fundamentals in computer science and previous experiences building scalable web applications and backend services
- 4 - 8 years of software development experience. Minimum 3+ years of experience working with React (or other modern client-side web framework), Redux, NextJS, and Typescript
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with NodeJS, GraphQL/Microservice
- Experience in Docker/Kubernetes, PostgreSQL and NoSQL data technologies
- Experience in relational schema design and SQL
- Experience with compiler languages like Java or C/C++
- Experience with operational tools such as DataDog, Grafana, Kibana, NewRelic, etc
- Cypress or other end-to-end test automation experience
- Strong sense of ownership and product understanding
Preferred Requirements
- AI, machine learning, and predictive algorithms
- Familiarity with statistics and healthcare domain
- Expertise in Python and Kafka
- Experience with data pipeline technologies
