As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to help us amplify our digital presence and engage with our audience in meaningful ways.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing Aethir’s social media strategy across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop content, build our online community, track social media performance, and strengthen Aethir’s brand presence in the digital space. This role requires someone who is a creative thinker, a data-driven strategist, and an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Aethir's business goals and brand identity.
    • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, product, and content) to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality content.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, marketing, and technology to ensure Aethir is on the cutting edge.
  • Community Engagement
    • Build and nurture an engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster relationships with industry influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to increase Aethir’s visibility and reach.
    • Monitor and engage in relevant online conversations to position Aethir as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
    • Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Use analytics tools to refine social media strategy, improve engagement, and drive better results.
  • Brand Advocacy
    • Act as the voice of Aethir on social media, ensuring that all communication reflects the company’s tone, values, and vision.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives, product launches, and company events.
    • Support PR efforts by amplifying media coverage and brand partnerships through social channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and SEO.
  • Experience in the tech or innovation space is a plus (adjust as needed for the industry).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
