Senior UX Designer | Platform

Exiger is seeking a Sr. UX Designer to elevate our core products with best-in-class UX, UI, and platform thinking. You'll craft intuitive, data-driven, and engaging experiences for our diverse customer base. In this role, you'll ideate, sketch, research, architect, and prototype, transforming insights from stakeholders and market needs into refined, layered, and high-impact designs.
You will lead micro-workshops, drive design thinking, and ensure seamless collaboration with engineers, PMs, sales, and design peers.

Reporting to our Head of Product Design & Research, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our ambitious product roadmap. If you’re passionate about designing sticky, user-centric experiences, join us in pushing the boundaries of innovation while making the world a better place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end established product design cycle—from UX research and usability testing to concept development, pixel-perfect UI/UX, and seamless developer hand-off.
  • Lead research discovery using FullStory + UserTesting (or equivalent) to identify pain points, conduct customer interviews, and align product experiences with user needs.
  • Follow best practices daily to enhance your designs —conducting research, testing, creating high-fidelity UX prototypes, leveraging a Design System for UI, following N/N + Baymard success metrics, and ensuring clean developer hand-offs.
  • Ensure design excellence in the development cycle by conducting thorough Design QAs on new features, components, and templates, and collaborating with junior to principal engineers.
  • Manage multiple projects with precision, balancing structured design processes with adaptability—pushing back when necessary and shifting to rapid ideation when needed.
  • Be proactive—identify dependencies, close gaps, improve internal processes, and speak up when challenges arise.
  • Champion a culture of feedback, ensuring consistency and best-in-class UX across all platform products.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, collaborating closely with Design & Engineering teams while giving and receiving continuous feedback.

Professional Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, Cognitive Studies, OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of professional experience (excluding internships / one-offs)
  • At least 3 years working on a SaaS product (B2B/B2C).
  • Experience working at a fast-paced startup
  • Superb written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Storybook.
  • Experience with quantitive + qualitative research – Plus
