Included Health is building the next iteration of its clinical and behavioral health tools and is looking for an experienced TPM to help us scale and build the best possible solutions. You will be working with the Head of Engineering for the Treat organization to identify and lead technical programs critical to the organization. You will show a solid understanding of business opportunities,  software development life cycle and work collaboratively with the Engineering Manager, Technical Leads, and Product Managers. You will be expected to take on ambiguous tasks and complete them in a reliable and timely manner and be responsible for the quality of your work.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of Engineering for Treat and drive critical technical programs within the organization
  • Update various stakeholders about critical initiatives
  • Streamline processes and boost efficiency through program management

Requirements:

  • Experience leading medium to large technical programs
  • Comfortable with technical system design
  • Backtrack of driving significant impact for an organization
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional upwards communication skills
  • Exceptional Skills streamlining processes, initiatives or technology in general
  • Experience identifying business opportunities and influence org leaders
  • Excellent backtrack of working with engineering senior leadership
  • Desire to learn new technologies and remain on the cutting edge
  • 5+ years experience in professional product development
  • BS degree or equivalent work experience

Bonus Points:

  • Being able to leverage code to streamline tasks or automate processes
  • Experience with health care related applications / HIPAA 

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:


Zone A: $128,130.00 - $180,990.00 + equity + benefits  

Zone B: $140,943.00 - $199,089.00 + equity + benefits  

Zone C: $153,756.00 - $217,188.00 + equity + benefits  

Zone D: $166,569.00 - $235,287.00 + equity + benefits  


This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.


Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
