What we're looking for
The Scrum Master helps our Product Managers and Software Developers effectively fulfill the product vision. The Scrum Master's mission is to improve the efficiency and predictability of development teams and make their progress transparent to the rest of the organization. Your leadership of the Scrum process will enable development teams to operate with more transparency, which enables business leaders to make better decisions.
What you'll do

  • Ensure successful execution of quarterly Program Increments across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Streamlining team capacity planning and reporting of relevant team metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle times to ensure high predictability
  • Leading delivery of cross-functional initiatives and coordination of deliverables across Development, Product, Design, Data Science and Clinical teams
  • Managing risks and driving resolution to impediments through constant collaboration with the senior leadership team in the company
  • Building strong internal relationships as the liaison between developers, product managers, and other staff involved in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)


What we'd love to see:
Minimum Requirements (Education, certifications and experience):

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience working with a team based onshore and offshore
  • Formal Scrum Master training and at least 3 years of professional Scrum Master experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Work experience with Data Science Products and Machine Learning
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities efficiently with a positive attitude.
  • Strong understanding and some professional experience with product development lifecycles.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in healthcare SAAS industry
  • Experience in AI enabled SAAS
  • PMP certification
  • Agile Scrum Master
  • SAFe certification
