About us

Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. More than half of Americans have a chronic condition related to what they eat, and poor nutrition is the number one driver of preventable death. Health is the most important thing in the world, and yet our society is sicker than it has ever been due to unhealthy modern lifestyles.

Nourish is addressing this healthcare crisis by helping people eat better, more easily, with our food as medicine platform. We connect people with a telehealth Registered Dietitian, food, and mobile app to improve their nutrition, all covered by health insurance. The Nourish mobile app provides a comprehensive approach to wellness through personalized visits with Registered Dietitians, medically-tailored meal delivery, health progress tracking, personalized content, meal logging, recipes / meal planning, AI chat, and more.

We launched three years ago and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform. Our patients span a wide range of nutrition-related conditions including diabetes, eating disorders, kidney disease, GI conditions, cancer, obesity / weight management, cardiovascular disease, and more. We are live in all 50 states.

We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised over $44M from top-tier VCs including Index Ventures, Thrive Capital, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, and Box Group, amongst others. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

About the Role

Nourish is looking for our first dedicated Senior Salesforce Administrator to build, optimize, and scale our CRM infrastructure as we expand our field sales team. As a rapidly growing health-tech startup, we need someone who can go 0-1 in building a scalable system that will support a growing sales organization. You’ll have the opportunity to own Salesforce strategy and execution, ensuring seamless integrations, automation, and analytics that empower our sales team to be more efficient and data-driven.

This role will sit within our Partnership Strategy & Operations team, and you’ll work closely with sales leadership, marketing, clinical operations, and product teams to create a best-in-class Salesforce experience that drives business outcomes.

This role is full-time and open to remote candidates or onsite/hybrid in our NYC office in the heart of Union Square.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Optimization & Automation – Design and implement Salesforce workflows, fields, and automation to streamline sales processes, lead routing, and data integrity.
  • Sales Insights & Reporting – Develop dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and rep performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Tech Stack & Integrations – Manage integrations with Metabase, Definitive Healthcare, and other sales tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Territory & Lead Management – Build scalable territory assignments and account segmentation to improve rep efficiency and coverage.
  • Training & Compliance – Provide ongoing training and support for sales reps, maintain data governance, and ensure HIPAA compliance where necessary.

We’d Love to Hear from You if You:

  • Have 4+ years of Salesforce admin experience, ideally in a startup or health-tech environment.
  • Enjoy building from 0-1 and are excited to own and scale Salesforce infrastructure for a growing team.
  • Are highly technical and data-driven, with a strong understanding of Salesforce automation, workflows, and reporting.
  • Thrive in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with sales, marketing, and clinical operations teams.
  • Have experience with integrations and external data sources, such as Metabase, Definitive Healthcare, or other healthcare CRM tools (a plus!).
