We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Enablement Manager to lead the development and execution of sales skills training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing a comprehensive curriculum that enhances the skills and performance of our sales teams. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, human resources teams, and program managers to align training initiatives with business goals and drive measurable improvements in sales performance.

First 6 months:

  • Define the role-based skills for Inside Sales Reps, Account Executives, Account Directors, Specialists, and Solution Architects

  • Start delivery of role-based skills training

  • Build strong relationships with Sales leaders, Sales Ops, and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Design & Development:

  • Define the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for success in sales roles and map them to our training offerings.

  • Develop and manage a strategic sales skills curriculum roadmap that aligns with company goals, sales strategy, market conditions, and product offerings.

  • Design and create engaging training content, including workshops, role-plays, and coaching guides. Training is aligned to observable/measurable outcomes.

  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and sales leaders to ensure content relevance and accuracy.

Needs Assessment & Strategy:

  • Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps within the sales organization.

  • Analyze sales performance data (e.g. Salesforce, Clari Copilot) to determine training priorities and measure the impact of training initiatives.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on opportunities for improving sales effectiveness through training.

Program Execution & Management:

  • Oversee the delivery of sales training programs, ensuring high levels of engagement and adoption.

  • Work closely with program managers and facilitators to deliver consistent training experiences across teams and regions.

  • Monitor program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; adjust strategies to optimize results.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales skills training initiatives.

  • Collaborate with sales managers and leaders to ensure training aligns with field needs and sales goals.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and HR, to integrate training into broader enablement strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current on industry trends, sales methodologies, and enablement best practices.

  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization.

  • Share your strengths with others and be transparent about areas of opportunity.  Pursue develop in alignment with job requirements and sales strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role.

  • 5+ years of experience as an instructional designer or doing instructional design work

  • 2+ years Sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a SaaS or technology sales environment.

  • Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN).
