Q2 is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for developing new business with Non-Bank, Alt-Fi Lending organizations in the assigned region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recognize and understand prospect needs via detailed discovery meetings
  • Align FI needs/goals with Q2 solutions to drive optimal value
  • Present and sell Q2 products and services to prospective clients
  • Participate in marketing events and trade shows
  • Create, maintain, and deliver on strategic territory management plan
  • Prepare presentations and demonstrations of Q2 products
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, prospects and partner vendors
  • Prepare and manage sales pipelines and accurate forecast reports


EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • 8 + years of experience in financial technology sales experience with the ability to consistently exceed quotas is preferred.
  • Understand of and successful experience with complex sales process
  • Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned region
  • Ability to work from a home office
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and interact effectively with support staff
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Location can be Austin, TX or remote

Q2's compensation reflects the cost of labor across a variety of U.S. geographic markets, and we pay based upon the applicant's geographic location as well as job-related knowledge, skills and experience .

Salary ranges for Sales positions are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission).
