  • Engage with customers and end users directly about technical issues that make it past first line customer success

  • Contribute to automation in one or more areas

  • Proactively drive improvements in quality through constructive feedback on the test process

  • Be sought after as a test engineer on new projects, creating test plans and executing from start to finish

  • Be recognized for going above and beyond to generate positive impact on the organization

What you'll do

  • Research, write, and execute test plans across multiple product lines, primarily Zello's flagship mobile and web/desktop-web applications

  • Identify critical problems before they reach end users, providing clear reproduction steps and excellent context in your reports

  • Learn quickly, grow your knowledge base, and share your insight with the team

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in functional web and mobile testing, preferably with a focus on SaaS products

  • Deep working knowledge of iOS, Android, and browser environments. Intermediate or better understanding of client/server concepts and technologies.

  • Excellent and forward-thinking communication skills, written and verbal

  • Positive and collaborative attitude, good sense of humor, and the ability to work with many different personality types and levels of technical expertise

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

What We Do

We started as a company that turned phones into walkie-talkies. Today, we modernize instant voice communication with our industry-leading push-to-talk technology to help mobile workers meet quickly changing, urgent, real-world challenges.

We have the highest-rated walkie-talkie app, with over 8 billion messages sent per month and 170 million users in industries such as transportation, retail, construction, hospitality, healthcare, and more.

We’re proud to serve frontline workers, we’re privileged to connect people in times of crisis across the globe, and we’re honored to support first responders. As demand for our app continues to rise, we’ve evolved from a startup to a scale-up — and we’re still growing rapidly, which is where you come in.

Why Work With Us

If you strive to work on technology with purpose, technology that actually changes how people communicate and work, then come talk to us. We like people who take pride in their work, and deliver with consistency and quality. We're collaborative, sometimes serious, sometimes not, but we're all in 110%.
