Who We Are

Telcoin is a start-up fintech provider utilizing blockchain technology to deliver cutting-edge financial products and services. Telcoin is expanding rapidly and currently operates in numerous countries with the ambition to launch in many more. As part of our expansion, we are now seeking to hire a Senior UX/UI Designer.

About the Role

Telcoin is hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead design for the Telcoin Wallet, our flagship consumer-facing product. You’ll own the full design process—from research to delivery—and continue to develop our design system to ensure consistency across all user touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UX/UI design for future iterations of the Telcoin Wallet (iOS & Android)
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system across all user-facing experiences
  • Research best practices in product design for banking, money transfer, eWallet, and crypto wallet apps; apply findings to enhance UX
  • Design with a deep understanding of platform differences between iOS and Android, including edge cases and system-specific behavior
  • Collaborate with another senior designer to shape the future of Telcoin’s full product suite
  • Deliver clear, actionable design assets: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ship thoughtful, high-impact features
  • Iterate quickly using data, feedback, and user research
  • Apply best practices in UX, UI, accessibility, and responsive design

Requirements

  • 6 - 10 years of experience designing user-facing digital products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI for mobile apps
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a design-focused program
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or banking products
  • Comfortable working in both startup and corporate environments—independently and on teams
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who welcomes feedback
  • Native English proficiency

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with tools such as: Framer, InVision, Mobbin, Webflow, Sketch, ProtoPie, Zeplin, UXPin, or Principle
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Motion design and front-end development understanding
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation
  • Flexible, remote work setup
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment
