What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

The Huntress team is looking for a data and operations-minded Senior Product Operations Manager who can build trust, collaboration, and data foundations within our product organization. As the Senior Product Operations Manager, you will help facilitate business decisions through data enablement, efficiency, and prioritization. A main goal of this position will be to not only enable data but to train product stakeholders on self-serve capabilities.

In addition, you will help mature our product development processes by driving product retrospectives, iterating on our quarterly planning and execution process, and helping drive cross-organizational collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Enablement: You will achieve this by providing data and analysis to Product Stakeholders
    • Outcome Tracking: Building products with measurable outcomes is a key pillar of a well-functioning product org. You will work with the teams to create measurable outcomes for their product initiatives and track those outcomes with near-real-time data and dashboards. This enables product teams to make the best decisions about pivoting and refining their product to maximize customer value
    • Data Enablement: You will lead projects to drive alignment through metric collection, metric scoping, and Sigma dataset creation. You will be a driver towards building out our product analytics solution, eventually supporting data modeling within the product org. You will use a variety of tools depending on project needs
    • Developer Productivity Metrics: Understanding developer productivity requires pulling data from multiple sources and joining it to give an accurate picture of team and individual performance. You will work on these systems to ensure our productivity metrics are accurate and actionable so that we can continue to ensure our teams are performing their best
  • Software Capitalization: ProdOps tracks capitalizable software projects across all teams to ensure our finance team has the data they need to manage the business effectively. You will work to automate as much of this process as possible to get the data quickly and efficiently
  • Retrospectives: Looking back and learning from past failures and successes is how we learn. At the organizational level, retros are the best tool we have to operationalize these learnings. ProdOps will implement and facilitate retrospectives in the product organization to allow for root cause analysis and incremental process improvements over time
  • Strategy: You will provide perspectives and insights that will help guide the Product Operations strategy

What You Bring To The Team:

  • +4 years experience in Operations or Business Analysis
  • +2 years of experience in Program/Project Management
  • Experience in training and enabling stakeholders through change management
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools. ( BI Tool, Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)
  • Proficiency in using ticketing tools like Shortcut, Jira, Monday
  • Curious mindset towards business questions and processes
  • Proficiency in relationship building and building trust
  • Mentorship of peers and elevating experiences
  • Problem-solving mentality with a background in root cause analysis

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
