Your Impact

As a Senior Product Manager at RealWork, you’ll define and drive the roadmap for features that simplify and scale operations for thousands of home service businesses—roofers, electricians, HVAC pros, and more. You’ll turn real-world needs into elegant, intuitive software by working closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.


Your focus will be on deeply understanding customer workflows, identifying high-impact opportunities, and bringing new features to life—from concept through launch. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who values clarity, empathy, and continuous learning.

What You'll Do

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and data investigation to uncover new opportunities
  • Write clear product specs, user stories, and success criteria
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for your area, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact
  • Guide product development from idea through launch, iterating based on feedback and results
  • Communicate priorities and progress to internal stakeholders
  • Partner with customer success, sales, and marketing teams to drive adoption and value



Things You Might Work On

  • Leveraging AI to automatically curate the best jobs (photos, descriptions, reviews) for marketing content
  • Powering fully-managed customer websites with real-time job data
  • Building dashboards and analytics that help customers understand how they’re performing and where to improve
  • Driving increased review generation with new strategies, including AI voice outreach



Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B software with a focus on applications for SMBs and/or marketing solutions
  • Proven track record of shipping products that solve real customer problems
  • Strong communicator who excels at turning ambiguity into clarity
  • Comfortable working side-by-side with engineers and designers
  • Analytical and data-driven; you seek out insights to inform decisions
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment



Even Better If You Have

  • Experience working in or building software for the home services industry
  • Exposure to AI/ML product development
  • Background in startup or high-growth company environments
