About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our personalization platform across a multi-channel MarTech stack. This is a growth product with exciting opportunities, and complex challenges. You will drive the strategy, execution, and adoption of a product that delivers highly personalized, scalable and experiences.

The ideal candidate is a metrics-driven product leader who is passionate about building exceptional user experiences, optimizing performance, and staying ahead in the competitive MarTech landscape. You’ll need to be hands-on with the details while also thinking strategically about product differentiation, pricing, and growth. You will work closely with engineering teams to define and execute the roadmap, write detailed user stories, and influence other product teams to align roadmaps with your strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product backlog – prioritize features, enhancements, and technical investments to drive adoption and engagement.

  • Work directly with engineering teams – define requirements, write clear and actionable user stories, and ensure smooth execution.

  • Obsess over UX/UI and performance – ensure the product is intuitive, beautiful, and fast.

  • Define, Instrument and Monitor key metrics – track adoption, churn, and engagement to drive continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies – optimize revenue and market positioning.

  • Conduct competitive analysis – stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Work cross-functionally – partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to align on priorities and deliver value.

  • Influence other teams’ roadmaps – advocate for dependencies and integrations that align with your strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal product teams – ensure seamless integration across the broader MarTech stack and a unified customer experience.

  • Champion customer needs – engage with users, analyze feedback, and translate insights into product features.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.

  • Deep understanding of personalization, MarTech, and multi-channel engagement (e.g., email, web, mobile, ad-tech).

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining, tracking, and driving key product metrics.

  • Hands-on experience working with engineering teams – ability to write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and drive execution.

  • Passion for great UI/UX design and the ability to work closely with design teams to create intuitive experiences.

  • Experience with product pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Proven ability to work in fast-growing, high-investment environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.

  • Ability to influence other product teams’ roadmaps to ensure alignment with overarching strategy.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity for impact – shape a growing product with strong market demand.

  • Fast-paced, high-growth environment – work with a talented, driven team.

  • Innovative product space – at the forefront of AI-driven personalization in MarTech.

  • Ownership & autonomy – lead and execution with the freedom to innovate.
