ServiceTitan is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Scheduling & Capacity Product team. The Scheduling & Capacity Product team is focused on delivering scalable zero-downtime products that allow home services companies to run their operations efficiently and maximize revenue, no matter how small or large that business is.

We are looking for someone to own the discovery, planning, development, and launch of products related to online booking and data tools. This particular role will focus on optimizing our scheduling products by monitoring performance, addressing points of failure in the booking process and introducing customizations and features to better fit how our partners run their business.This role will also take point on scheduling metrics and performance data, with the goal to provide useful insights that help our customers make informed decisions about their online booking setup. Strong data tools will also help our internal teams quickly review performance metrics on demand to build better strategies and relationships with contractors.
 

This role requires customer obsession, strong and proactive product vision, and an affinity for data analysis/diving deep. The Product Manager will champion best practices in the software development life cycle to deliver value for our customers and unlock efficiencies in supporting the product throughout the organization.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute the vision for our online booking tools, including Scheduling Pro, freemium scheduling options and integrations such as Reserve with Google

  • Leverage user analytics to proactively identify opportunities to reduce friction and optimize customer scheduling flows

  • Engage closely with customers and end-users to understand their current processes and needs and translate those into product capabilities that maximize their ROI.

  • Drive quarterly roadmap planning adapting as needed to balance existing commitments with new opportunities and priorities to maximize the impact of your product delivery

  • Ensure on-time quality delivery working with the core product team to effectively execute across research, concept, user stories, development, and deployment

  • Execute successful go-to-markets by defining and measuring product success metrics, managing the staged release to customers, and engaging with internal teams on enablement and activation plans

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Support to drive adoption and customer success by constantly refining product positioning, providing transparency into product roadmaps, and identifying and prioritizing new product opportunities.

What you'll bring:

  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience in a product management role ideally building scheduling or capacity planning products

  • Direct experience with scheduling and/or capacity planning in the trades or similar industry is a plus

  • Prior experience in taking a digital product from concept to successful launch

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities and maintain close attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically, to synthesize data and draw insights, formulate and validate hypotheses based on data

  • Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem solving

  • Excellent communication, writing, and presenting skills

  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others

  • 4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $136,600 USD - $182,600 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
