Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join the Meshy.ai team and help accelerate our global growth through data-driven advertising strategies. In this role, you will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across key platforms, test and refine creatives and targeting, and ensure measurable ROI. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in performance marketing, a keen eye for data analysis, and a passion for creating impactful campaigns that drive user acquisition and revenue growth in the gaming and 3D industries.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms to achieve user acquisition and ROI goals.

Identify growth opportunities and prioritize channels based on performance and company objectives.
Creative Management

Create, manage, and test ad creatives, including messaging, visuals, and formats, to optimize engagement and conversions.

Conduct A/B testing on both creative and audience segments to refine strategies and improve results.

Be hands-on in producing basic ad creatives when needed, working closely with designers for more complex projects.
Channel ROI Optimization

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to ensure efficient use of budgets.

Use data insights to make informed decisions on campaign adjustments and scaling.

Maintain a strong understanding of platform trends and algorithm updates to maximize returns.
