Introduction To The Team:

Travel Partnerships and Media helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences, driving growth for them and the EG marketplace through competitive supply, a valued advertising and travel media network, and affiliate solutions.

Make An Impact:

Please note that this is an individual contributor role. As a Senior Marketing Planning Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic and operational excellence of the Supply Marketing team. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Supply Marketing leadership, commercial stakeholders, and cross-functional strategy teams to develop and promote marketing plans that align with broader business goals. With a strong background in organizational design and workflow optimization, you will enhance team performance by streamlining processes and ensuring smooth execution of projects. You will also be responsible for coordinating complex initiatives, identifying key stakeholders, and managing competing priorities to deliver impactful marketing strategies that contribute to long-term business growth.

In This Role You Will:

  • Creates an environment for team effectiveness: Moves others toward the next best action, with or without authority, by communicating expertise and a compelling rationale
  • Identifies key decision makers, influencers/stakeholders across Expedia Group and develops/cultivates trusted, strategic working relationships
  • Utilizes a thorough understanding of current business objectives, processes, and challenges to recommend and match solutions to meet unique business needs and achieve objectives.
  • Coordinates project plan across functions and competing timelines from other projects; leads the development of strategies to get assigned project done amidst opposing needs for resources and development external to the project being delivered
  • Identifies and determines areas of synergy or dependency and actual/potential gaps in resourcing for projects and recommends strategies to mitigate

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Preferred: Basic SQL skills and data visualization, advanced working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence and Jira, and other Project/Program Management tools
  • High attention to detail, organized and efficient
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks without constant supervision
  • Ability to handle expectations across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to define key project milestones and build a project plan
  • Proven experience in digital marketing across multiple channels
  • Solid understanding of marketing channel mix and the relationship between channels within an integrated campaign
     

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
