As Senior Marketing Manager B2B of Customer Programs, you will be the voice of our customers, driving strategic marketing initiatives that create measurable impact. You’ll develop, lead, and execute marketing strategies that resonate with brokers, teams, agents, and other industry professionals, ensuring our offerings meet their needs and support their growth. Working closely with product, creative, and sales teams, you’ll help launch new products, build customer journeys, and continuously improve our communication channels to boost customer engagement and retention.

What you’ll do:

  • Champion customer experiences: Lead the development and execution of customer-centric marketing initiatives, driving acquisition and revenue growth. Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for all customer interactions across products, services, and communications.
  • Lead communications and messaging: Own the development of our strategic vision for customer communications, from personalized messages to broad campaigns, across various channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute cohesive messaging that stands out in a crowded market.
  • Build customer journeys: Leverage data and analytics for segmented personalization to craft comprehensive customer experiences that guide real estate professionals from initial interest to long-term loyalty. Run testing and loopback processes to test beta projects and campaigns for customer benefits. Your work will influence full-funnel strategies that drive meaningful customer actions.
  • Drive marketing campaigns: Manage key PRO marketing campaigns and toolkits aligned with company goals and key measurements. From content creation to event activations, you’ll be at the helm of initiatives that grow market share and retention.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B customer marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • 4+ years of experience in the real estate industry or related fields, giving you deep insight into the unique challenges, opportunities and customers within this space.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience that reflects your ability to navigate complex business environments.
  • Exceptional data literacy paired with a strong creative instinct—you make decisions based on insights, but never lose sight of the human touch.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating strong leadership skills in a complex organization.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Aligned to working in a performance-based culture driving towards growth and results with alignment and accountability.

Nice to have:

  • You’ve led or contributed to the launch of new products or services in a B2B environment, ideally within real estate or a related field.
  • You’re comfortable with tech-driven marketing tools, with a passion for testing new ideas and optimizing results.
  • Experience in performance marketing, helping to build and execute high-impact campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies, enabling you to personalize communications at scale.
