Summary

As a Senior Operation Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure they run smoothly. You will manage teams, develop strategies to achieve organizational goals, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements. You will work to optimize efficiency, enhance productivity, and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting, and working collaboratively with other teams to achieve common goals. Communication and leadership skills are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

•          Scale operations to meet increasing requirements

•          Efficiently manage operational activities

•          Work with Product and Engineering on automation opportunities, new re

leases and sustaining activities

•          Ensure all operations are executed on in an appropriate, cost-effective

way

•          Ensure that all customer implementation activities are carried out with

high-quality and in the agreed upon times

•          Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

•          Formulate strategic and operational objectives

•          Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

•          Recruit, train and supervise Ops staff

•          Serve as point of escalation for customers and solve operational

challenges

Requirements and skills

•          10+ years as Operations Manager or similar role

•          10+ years of experience managing a diverse team of 20+ people in re

mote locations

•          Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

•          Excellent communication and Leadership skills

•          Outstanding organizational skills

•          BS Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
