Senior Manager, Marketplaces Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving successful marketing campaigns and optimizing brand presence across various online platforms. With expertise in client communication, campaign management, data analysis, and marketplace optimization, they excel in tailoring strategies to meet client objectives and capitalize on emerging opportunities. What you'll do:
- Engage with clients regularly through phone calls and emails to establish strong relationships and address their needs effectively.
- Build, drive and optimize successful marketing campaigns within Amazon Ad Console and Amazon DSP, as well as additional Marketplaces (Walmart, Target, etc).
- Lead the creation, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various marketplaces, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Anticipate client needs and develop innovative strategies to address them, ensuring customized solutions that drive results.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to provide insightful recommendations, guiding clients towards informed decision-making.
- Enhance Amazon content and establish efficient launch processes to support product visibility and sales for both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) products.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and ways to repurpose existing strategy on Amazon to optimize brands’ awareness and drive sales volume
- Stay updated on retail media trends and innovations, becoming a subject matter expert in retail media advertising across various platforms and retailers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail media strategies tailored to each client, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving impactful results across platforms and retailers
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Excel, and Google Tools,
- showcasing expert-level skills.
- Possess 2-4 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
- Prior experience working in an agency environment, demonstrating familiarity with agency operations and client management.
- Strong background in client-facing roles, including direct interaction with clients to address their needs and concerns effectively.
