CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
This role is responsible for analyzing/documenting business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. They collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and facilitate the implementation of IT solutions. They also conduct data analysis, develop business cases, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of IT solutions.
How you’ll create opportunities in this Senior IT Business Analyst role:
• Act as a liaison between IT and the business for new IT solutions and improvements.
• Collaborate with the business to gather business goals and desired output formats.
• Document business process requirements such as user stories and assess IT solution impacts,
ensuring all needs are met.
• Validate IT solution requirements, design, and recommend system controls through partnership
with the business.
• Continually assess new applications and IT developments to recommend suitable enhancements
for the business.
• Identify project milestones and keep the team on schedule and budget.
What you will need:
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role required
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
