Job Summary:

VVater seeks an experienced, dynamic, full-time onsite Senior HR and Administration Manager to lead our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, a strong understanding of administrative operations, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that support our organizational goals. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively manage HR processes, policies, procedures, systems, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Develop and implement Administrative policies, systems, procedures, standards, and codes.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the maintenance of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Lead and manage administrative functions, including office management, facilities maintenance, and procurement.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee budget planning and management for HR and administrative departments.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Lead and mentor the HR and administrative team, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
  • Extensive experience with HR Software, Payroll software from Gusto, Deel, Breezy and other related software solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
