About this team


As a Sr. Growth Specialist for our earnings product, you will be reporting into the growth team, but will work day to day within our earnings team, working hand in hand with our product team and our VP of corporate development to scale acquisition to our earnings product. Our growth team is filled with world class marketers who have a breadth of experience across many growth channels. We foster an environment of fun, inclusivity, and purpose. About this role


We are seeking a skilled sr. growth specialist who has experience scaling acquisition in the “get paid to” and offerwall/earnings space. The role requires fundamental understanding and history of scaling channels such as DSPs, Meta, Google, Affiliates, and incentivized traffic. This person will be responsible for day to day management of an 8-figure budget, including creative brainstorming, media planning + buying, and data analysis, and the expectation is they can hit the ground running, building off our initial success of scaling our Super.com earnings product, and using their tried and tested knowledge to scale it even further. We have industry-leading benchmarks and are aggressive in our pursuit of efficiency at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire millions of users for our earnings product at an efficient scale and positive ROAS. 
  • You know what works in this space and what doesn’t, and you have connections and relationships with channel partners that can help lift new channels off the ground quickly.
  • Data-driven Culture: As an ambassador for our data-driven culture, you will leverage complex datasets to generate actionable insights that influence your acquisition strategy and decisions.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly numbers to various key stakeholders while providing topline context on each channel and their performance.
  • Understand the complexity of the GPT space and make decisions that are in pursuit of bettering the business as a whole, as there is a balance between performance numbers being great and keeping our offer suppliers happy with quality users.

Preferred Experience

  • Data driven mindset, team-first mentality, intuitive when data is lacking
  • 3+ years of experience specifically within the GPT/Earnings space being directly responsible for user acquisition
  • Experience acquiring users via DSP’s specifically
  • Collaborated with creative stakeholders on performance marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with using a data analysis tool - amplitude, looker, etc.
  • Familiarity with App tracking platforms / MMPs
