THE ROLE


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support our top-line growth and margin expansion efforts. This role will focus on Product Revenue and Margin—the company’s largest revenue stream—and play a key role in forecasting, reporting, and analyzing performance. You’ll help support the annual planning process, monthly business reviews, and strategic initiatives by building financial models, analyzing member purchasing behaviors, and providing insight into margin drivers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting and variance analyses for business partners and senior leadership
  • Assist in building and maintaining detailed financial models for forecasting Product Revenue and Product Margin
  • Analyze KPIs such as member order frequency, average order value (AOV), pricing, cost trends, product margins, inventory turns and days of supply 
  • Partner cross-functionally with the Merchandising team to provide insights on aggregate catalog, as well as SKU-level performance
  • Evaluate private label financials and lead ongoing performance tracking
  • Contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving revenue growth, customer LTV, and margin optimization
  • Work with Operations Finance to align on contribution margin analysis and support broader gross margin initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in E-commerce, retail, or CPG business required
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with complex financial modeling
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets to draw actionable insights
  • Experience with SQL or BI tools (Domo, Tableau, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Experience with ERP/planning/forecasting/reporting tools (Netsuite, Adaptive, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000/Per Year. 
  • Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
