You will serve as a key member of the project engineering team, offering leadership and support throughout the lifecycle of capital projects, including design review, standards implementation, and the creation of project-specific specifications. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead and manage the execution of large capital projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to budgets and timelines.

  • You will provide engineering expertise and support to manufacturing plants on capital projects, including design reviews and the development of specific project specifications.

  • You will maintain and uphold corporate engineering standards across all capital projects.

  • You will effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including corporate staff, plant personnel, and external partners.

  • You will lead efforts in team development and organizational structures to enhance project efficiency and success.

Qualifications

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or a related field).

  • You have 10+ years of manufacturing experience in a chemical operation or similar industry.

  • You have experience in managing capital projects, with a focus on projects exceeding $1 million.

  • You have in-depth knowledge of engineering codes and standards.

  • You are able to travel 25-50% domestically; willingness to travel internationally as required.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $105,600.00 and $147,840.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
