We're looking for an Engineering Manager to help us build seamless and efficient user experiences for our Advertisers. The ideal candidate is someone who has solid front-end development experience and a prototype mentality and is capable of iteratively developing new features while improving the UI infrastructure. Description
Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team of 7-10 people, who are dedicated to developing rich Advertiser experiences.
Build strong partnerships with UX designers, product managers, data scientists, and other partners to align engineering efforts with business objectives and product specifications.
Define a strategic roadmap and carry out the technical vision for product and engineering activities while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, especially senior leadership, to keep them informed about project status, risks, and opportunities.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive and inventive team culture that values continuous learning and progress.
Build a high-performing, inclusive, and diverse team of top engineering talent.
Ensure exceptional quality standard for delivery, while adhering to industry standards, security processes, and privacy requirements.
