You will lead the engineering and people behind Cloudflare's storage and transactional data products. This is an organization consisting of numerous teams that design, build, and operate the foundational building blocks that enable developers to build stateful applications on Cloudflare. You will play an active part in shaping both the product, and design of these systems. You will mentor, grow, and challenge managers, and engineers of all levels of seniority.
You excel at understanding how big-picture goals inform technical details. You thrive in a fast-paced iterative engineering environment and have experience in delivering a wide array of software from scalable distributed systems all the way to client side libraries. Most importantly, you have a track record of having past teams respect you as both a technical leader and manager.
