Assist the construction draws team with operations, handle draw requests, communicate with borrowers, review budgets, track wires, and ensure accurate information across systems.
Easy Street Capital is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist the premier private lender in Texas. You’ll get to work with a fun, fast-paced team in a vibrant downtown office.
Responsibilities will be focused on assisting and supporting the construction draws team with day-to-day operation to allow greater efficiency and enhanced production.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the team with incoming emails and draw requests
- Emailing borrowers information about their loan and the draw process
- Reviewing budgets and changes with borrowers
- Tracking wire information daily and keeping information up to date
- Respond to emails in a proper tone
- Assistance with general company processes and procedures
- Generating reports as needed
- Processing Truepic request for loans closing, sending request interior photos after loans have closed
- Calling borrowers and discussing information about a loan
- Disbursing draw funds to borrowers for work completed
- Auditing information across company systems to ensure information is accurate
- Supporting the team with daily operations
