The Senior Director of RPS Strategic Initiatives is a pivotal role responsible for providing high-level support to the President of RPS and senior leadership reporting to the SVP of Operations/Transform, ensuring the successful execution of executive strategic initiatives. This position requires a dynamic and self-motivated leader with exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. The Senior Director will act as a central point of contact for the President of RPS and other senior executives, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across the organization and with external partners where appropriate.

Every day in this role you will provide:

Executive Support:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the President of RPS and senior leadership, including preparing meeting materials and coordinating meetings and event deliverables as well as follow-up actions.

Communication:

  • Facilitate effective communication between the President of RPS and senior leadership, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and review communications on behalf of the President of RPS and senior leadership.
  • Prepare Information and support the collection of meeting details and materials for weekly QMI updates, Monthly Operating Reviews and other Executive presentations.

Project Management:

  • Oversee and manage key strategic projects and initiatives as assigned by the President of RPS or the SVP of Operations, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to the President of RPS and senior leadership as necessary.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of executive operations and processes.
  • Manage executive office budget items and resources effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, potentially including board members, investors, clients, and partners.

Leadership Support:

  • Provide support and guidance to the executive leadership team, ensuring alignment with the President of RPS's vision and priorities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of leadership initiatives and programs.

To thrive in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior executive support role, preferably within a strategic initiatives or project management capacity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of managing complex initiatives.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $173,218.64 - $236,527.59 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 25.00%
